The Department of Exploration Geophysics at Curtin University is the only higher education facility in Australia to provide a dedicated, comprehensive range of internationally recognised, specialist geophysics degree level courses ranging from a Bachelor of Science (Geophysics) undergraduate degree to a Doctor of Philosophy (Geophysics) research degree. We offer the latest training and techniques in exploration geophysics using current and emerging technologies relating to geophysical data acquisition, instrumentation and advanced software modelling. Our academic staff and postgraduate students are continuously involved in frontier scientific research in this field.
